Tina is a Senior Consultant who has over 25 years’ experience in all areas of corporate law.
She was a partner in two big city law firms and played an integral part in the growth of both firms and the corporate groups before opting to work in an independent specialist firm.
She works with all sizes of companies from start ups to large multinational corporations but has particular expertise in advising growing entrepreneurial companies and owner managed businesses in the media, technology and leisure sectors and their funders. She advises on all of a company’s corporate requirements; from start up and follow on funding, to exits and realisations, joint ventures, acquisitions and shareholder issues.
