Robert Harvey

Rob is a former dispute resolution partner in a Top 20 city law firm, and was at Olswang for 11 years prior to that.

He provides advice to our clients to allow them to avoid and effectively manage commercial disputes that arise in the course of their businesses, whatever the industry and whatever the value of the dispute.  He has advised clients in the technology, media, entertainment and telecommunications sectors, leisure and retail, in banking and finance, in biotechnology, shipping, art, the automotive industry and in construction.

He also has expertise in shareholder disputes.
