Grainne Brankin

Grainne is an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer, with specific expertise in governance and board advisory work (Legal Business GC Power List for Ethics and Governance). She started her career at Clifford Chance LLP and Bird & Bird LLP, focusing on technology and data driven businesses and has held leadership roles in complex global commercial and public organisations, based in the UK, France and Switzerland. Notably she served as General Counsel of Imperial College, the British Standards Institution, Centaur Media Plc and as a regional GC at Yahoo! Inc and CBS Inc giving strategic, pragmatic advice across multiple jurisdictions in Asia, USA and EMEA. Grainne has a diploma from the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, and qualification as an NLP practitioner, skills which support her work in ESG.
