Preiskel & Co’s Robert Dougans and Sabina Leshchenko, together with Two Harcourt Buildings’ Tom Nicholson, appeared in a hearing at Southwark Crown Court on 26 June 2025 in the long-running case involving the largest asset restraint order ever made by the English Courts.
Tom, Robert and Sabina are instructed by Jian Wen in confiscation and civil recovery proceedings relating to a seizure of Bitcoin worth well over £4.7bn at current values.
